Golden Arrows have officially confirmed the departure of six players ahead of the 2022-23 DStv Premiership season.
Abafana Bes’thende have reduced their squad numbers as they prepare for the season ahead of announcing that the club have parted ways with Matome Mathiane, Maximillian Mbaeva, Siyabonga Dube, Siboniso Conco, Lindokuhle Mtshali and Michael Gumede.

However, it has already been established that Michael Gumede found a new club after he was unveiled as one of 10 players by DStv Premiership newcomers Richards Bay FC.
“We bid farewell to Matome Mathiane, Maximillian Mbaeva, Siyabonga Dube, Siboniso Conco, Lindokuhle Mtshali & Michael Gumede,” the club said in a statement on Monday.
“We would like to thank all the players for their time and service for the club and wish them well in their respective futures.”
